SELLING THROUGH DISTRIBUTORS

1. Subject
These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern access to and use of the WWIDER mobile application, available on Android and iOS, published by WWINDER Sales Consulting SARL (hereinafter, “we”, “us”, or “the publisher”).
2. Acceptance of T&Cs
By downloading and using our application, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the application.
3. Services provided
The WWIDER application enables companies that sell through distributors (“brands”) to present the following features to the sellers of these distributors:
- Company news and useful articles
- A digital sales course
- Products and good sales practices
- A sales competition
It enables users (their distributors' salespeople) to :
- Contribute to the enrichment of product sales best practices
- Help define the size of their potential market
- Provide brands with monthly activity reports
4. Responsibility for brand content
The information, training, documents and competitions made available in the application are published by the brands that are clients of WWINDER Sales Consulting SARL. WWINDER is not responsible for the content provided by these brands or for the consequences of their use.
5. Access to the application
Access to the application is free of charge for all distributor sales representatives. The user is solely responsible for purchasing the hardware and telecommunication services required to access the application.
6. Creating an account
To use the WWIDER application and connect to the services offered by the brands, it is necessary to create a user account for each brand. When creating an account, the user undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date information, and to update it as necessary. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her login details and the use of his/her account.
7. Use of the application
The user undertakes to use the application in compliance with the laws and regulations in force and not to:
Usurp the identity of third parties,
Distribute illegal, defamatory or prejudicial content,
Alter the operation of the application or introduce computer viruses.
8. Intellectual property rights
All the contents of the application, including texts, images, logos, icons, sounds and software, are protected by intellectual property rights. They are respectively the exclusive property of WWINDER Sales Consulting SARL or WWIDER's customer brands. Any reproduction, distribution or modification is forbidden without the prior authorization of the publisher.
9. Protection of personal data
Use of the application may require the collection of the user's personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address, location). This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Data retention period
Personal data is kept for as long as is necessary to provide the service, and for a maximum of 3 years after the user's last activity, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Cancellation
Users may request the deletion of their account at any time by contacting support. WWINDER also reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of non-compliance with these GTU, without prior notice.
12. Limitation of liability
The publisher makes every effort to provide a quality service. However, it cannot guarantee that the application will be accessible without interruption or without error. The publisher cannot be held responsible for any malfunction, loss of data, or any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the application.
13. Modification of the GTU
We reserve the right to modify these GTU at any time. Any changes will be published in the application and will take effect immediately. We recommend that you consult this page regularly.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTU are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Geneva (Switzerland) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
